1. Services Provided

PrimeLink Global Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) acts as a placement and advisory service for:

• English language schools in the United Kingdom (UK)

• Undergraduate (bachelor's) university programs in the UK, Latvia, Croatia, and North Cyprus

We are not a university or a language school. We act as an intermediary to assist with student admissions and visa guidance, based on information provided by institutions and government bodies.

2. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure all information provided on our website and during consultations is accurate and up-to-date. However, we are not liable for any changes made by partner institutions, embassies, or immigration authorities, including:

• Tuition fees

• Admission requirements

• Visa policies

• Program availability

Users are encouraged to verify all final details with the official institution or consulate.

3. Limitation of Liability

PrimeLink Global Ltd is not liable for:

• Delays or denials of visas or university admission

• Changes to immigration or admission policies

• Student performance, conduct, or outcomes post-placement

We provide support and advisory services only. All decisions (admissions, visas, housing, etc.) are made by third-party institutions or government bodies.

4. Fees and Payments

Our consultancy and placement fees are clearly stated before service delivery and are non-refundable once services have commenced, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment of our service fee does not include tuition or accommodation fees payable to the language school or university.

5. Student Responsibilities

Students must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during the application process

• Disclose any relevant academic or immigration history

• Ensure they meet visa and program requirements

Failure to comply may result in disqualification, for which PrimeLink Global Ltd accepts no responsibility.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel our services within 14 days of initial agreement, provided no applications or document processing has begun. After this period or once work has commenced, service fees become non-refundable.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
